[COMMUNITY NAME] Member Terms
Community template — requires completion and adoption. Complete the community schedule and tailor these terms to the community before use. This template does not replace a community's existing terms or authorize admission.
Your community and these terms
[OPERATOR LEGAL NAME] ("we", "us") operates [COMMUNITY NAME] using the GrowTribe platform provided by Fireside Solutions LLC. Our contact is [OPERATOR EMAIL] and our business address is [OPERATOR ADDRESS]. These terms govern participation in this community from [EFFECTIVE DATE]. Our Privacy Policy explains how we and our providers handle information; it is not blanket consent to every use.
By accepting these terms during enrollment, you agree to the community rules and applicable offering terms. The enrollment process must also obtain any parent/guardian agreement required for a member who cannot contract independently.
Eligibility and accounts
You must meet the minimum age, permitted locations and other eligibility rules in the community schedule. Do not misrepresent your age or bypass restrictions. Other GrowTribe communities may have different rules, including a 21+ minimum. Permission to use one community does not establish eligibility for another.
Where minors are admitted, participation is subject to the specified guardian and privacy arrangements. Eligibility is not a universal “13+” or “18+” rule; we must have a suitable process for the actual audience before admitting it. A paid purchase requires lawful authorization even where free participation is permitted. Keep account details accurate, protect access and report suspected misuse. Account sharing or transfers require our permission.
Conduct and content
Respect others. Do not harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate or unlawfully discriminate; expose private information; distribute malware; commit fraud; or infringe others' rights. Sexual exploitation, non-consensual sexual material and unlawful solicitation are prohibited. Follow the community's category-specific rules and use reporting tools or the contact above for concerns.
You retain your rights in your content. You grant us and the service providers working on our behalf a non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, transmit and process it only as needed to operate, secure and moderate the community according to its features, your audience choices and applicable law. This does not authorize unrelated publicity or general-purpose model training. Only upload materials for which you have the necessary rights and permissions.
Content may be visible to the audience shown for the relevant feature. Other people may retain copies they lawfully receive; we cannot promise recovery of all copies outside our control. Our own retention and deletion duties remain.
Memberships, purchases and events
Free participation does not authorize future charges. Before any purchase, the offering must identify the seller, total price and taxes, billing frequency, any trial or renewal, cancellation method, refund rules and what happens to access after cancellation. Those details and your required purchase assent form part of the offering; vague references here do not substitute for checkout disclosures. Mandatory consumer rights take precedence.
Event hosts must disclose material conditions, recording and replay arrangements. Do not record or redistribute another person's participation without the necessary permission. Community material is not a substitute for professional advice where such advice is needed. This provision does not waive duties an operator actually owes or release unlawful conduct.
Moderation, restrictions and ending membership
We may review reports and proportionately remove content, restrict access or end membership for material rule violations, safety/security risks or legal requirements. Where reasonable and lawful, we give reasons and a chance to respond; urgent situations may require immediate action. Request review through [OPERATOR EMAIL]. We will assess the circumstances and communicate the outcome.
You may stop participating and request account closure through [OPERATOR EMAIL]. Cancellation of a paid offering follows its disclosed process and applicable law. Account closure and a privacy deletion request are different; our Privacy Policy explains retention and rights. Restrictions do not automatically eliminate refund rights, or justify keeping every record indefinitely.
Availability, disputes and changes
We use reasonable care to provide the described service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or outcomes from community participation. To the extent allowed by law, features are provided as available. Nothing limits nonwaivable consumer, privacy or other rights. No blanket release for injury, mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver is created by this template.
Contact us first about a concern; this does not restrict regulator complaints or legal remedies. Any governing-law/venue clause must be completed for the actual operator and members and preserve mandatory protections. Material changes will be posted with an effective date and prominent notice, with direct notice or renewed assent where required. They do not retroactively change purchases or accrued rights contrary to law.
