About GrowTribe and these terms
GrowTribe is a product of Fireside Solutions LLC ("Fireside", "we", "us"), a Delaware limited liability company based in Saint Louis, Missouri. These terms apply to the GrowTribe marketing pages on which they are posted.
GrowTribe provides managed launch and platform services to US customers with a member base. A customer's members may be located elsewhere or be subject to different age restrictions. Those communities have their own member terms.
Our Website Privacy Policy explains how we handle information about website visits and inquiries. Reading that notice is not consent to unrelated marketing or processing.
Inquiries and service engagements
You may use the website to learn about GrowTribe and discuss your needs with us. Sending an inquiry, opening an account or viewing a demonstration does not order a service or create a payment obligation. A paid engagement requires a written service agreement and order accepted by authorized representatives of both parties.
We agree on scope, pricing, deliverables and support before commitment. Creator admission, category eligibility, payment-provider acceptance and launch readiness are reviewed separately. Website descriptions do not guarantee approval, a launch date, audience growth or revenue. The service agreement controls any specific commitments we make to a customer.
Responsible use
Do not use the website for unlawful conduct, fraud, harassment, impersonation, malware, unauthorized access or interference with its operation. Do not submit content that infringes another person's rights or exposes their private information without authority. These restrictions do not prohibit conduct protected by applicable law.
If you communicate on behalf of an organization, identify it accurately and do not purport to bind it unless authorized. Any person signing a service agreement must have the legal capacity and authority to do so.
Website materials and your submissions
Fireside and its licensors retain their rights in website software, text, designs and branding. You may view and retain reasonable copies to evaluate our services. Other commercial copying or distribution requires permission unless permitted by law.
You retain your rights in materials you submit. You authorize us to use your inquiry to evaluate and respond to it and discuss the requested services. This permission does not authorize us to publish your inquiry, use your name as an endorsement or train a general-purpose model on your submission.
Please arrange confidentiality terms with us before sending confidential business materials. Personal information remains subject to our privacy notice. Do not send credentials, card details or member data through a general inquiry.
Third-party sites and availability
Third-party sites and services have their own terms and practices. Links do not guarantee their availability, accuracy or suitability. We may update website materials, correct errors or temporarily restrict access for maintenance, security or lawful reasons.
To the extent permitted by law, the public website is provided as available, without warranties of uninterrupted operation or suitability for a particular purpose. Service warranties and remedies are governed by the separate customer agreement. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections.
Disputes and changes
Please first contact dorian@fireside.solutions so we can try to resolve a concern. This does not restrict urgent relief, regulator complaints or other legal rights. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver. No exclusive venue or contractual liability cap is selected for public website use. Applicable law governs matters not expressly addressed here.
We will post updated terms with their effective date and provide notice and assent where required. Changes do not retroactively amend an agreed service order or accrued rights. A provision that cannot be enforced will be limited or separated as necessary without invalidating the remaining lawful provisions.
