GrowTribe Website Privacy Policy

Effective October 15, 2026, upon publication on growtribe.app.

About this policy

GrowTribe is a product of Fireside Solutions LLC ("Fireside", "we", "us"), a Delaware limited liability company based in Saint Louis, Missouri. This policy covers the public marketing pages at growtribe.app and correspondence about GrowTribe. Signing in or creating an account takes you to the separate GrowTribe application at app.growtribe.app. It does not automatically cover other Fireside products.

GrowTribe serves US customers who have a member base. Their communities may include members outside the US or under 18. Creator accounts and platform operations are addressed in our Platform Privacy Notice. Each community's own notice describes its operator's member information practices.

Information you give us

We use Gmail / Google Workspace for correspondence. When you email us, we receive your email address, the name associated with your message and the information you choose to include. We use that information to answer questions, understand your needs, discuss possible services and maintain relevant business correspondence. If an inquiry becomes a customer engagement, we also use relevant correspondence to administer that relationship.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, member lists or sensitive personal information in a general inquiry. An inquiry does not enroll you in a newsletter or authorize a purchase.

Website activity and technologies

Google Cloud hosts the marketing website and delivers its pages, images and fonts. Delivering a page requires technical information such as your IP address, the requested URL and browser request headers. Hosting and security services process request information to deliver the website, protect it from abuse and diagnose failures.

The marketing pages do not load advertising or analytics scripts, Firebase account services or Agora media components. They do not set cookies or store visit information in local or session storage. Links to sign in or start a platform open the separate application, which has its own account technologies and platform notice. These statements concern the marketing pages, not the application or a customer's community.

If you previously used the older GrowTribe application on this domain, your browser may still hold application data. The marketing site removes the old Flutter offline page cache and service worker; it does not copy or clear your other application or authentication storage. You can clear remaining site data through your browser settings.

The marketing pages do not change their behavior in response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. They do not run browser advertising or cross-site tracking technologies. Contact us below about other privacy choices.

Uses and disclosures

We use inquiry information to respond to you, assess service requests and manage business communications. Technical information is used for website delivery, security and troubleshooting.

We disclose information to providers that carry out hosting, communications and security functions. Personnel receive access as needed for their responsibilities. We may disclose information to professional advisers or authorities when reasonably necessary to address a legal obligation, security incident, fraud or legal claim. If our business is reorganized or transferred, relevant information may be disclosed as part of that transaction, subject to applicable protections and notice.

How long we retain information

We currently review and delete inquiry emails manually, rather than on an automatic deletion schedule. Correspondence can remain in our mailbox until that review or deletion. You can contact us to request deletion. We consider whether a discussion or customer relationship remains active and whether particular records are needed for a dispute or legal obligation when handling that request.

Hosting and security logs are subject to the hosting services' retention settings. Deleting an email or clearing your browser does not by itself remove provider-held logs, backup copies or records that must be kept for a legal reason.

Your choices and privacy requests

Our founder handles inquiries and privacy requests. Email dorian@fireside.solutions to ask about information we hold or request access, correction or deletion. Explain the request and the email address you used to contact us; do not send identity documents unless we request a necessary, secure verification step. We may ask for proportionate information to verify identity or an authorized representative's authority.

Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to obtain a portable copy, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, opt out of specified uses or disclosures, or appeal a refusal. Tell us which right you wish to exercise. We will explain any applicable exception and respond within the legally required period. If an extension is permitted and needed, we will explain it. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

For an appeal or unresolved concern, reply to our response and request a review. You may also contact the relevant privacy regulator or state attorney general. This email process does not replace any browser signal or other opt-out method that applicable law requires us to support.

Security, international use and younger people

We use access restrictions and other safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No website, email service or storage system can guarantee complete security. Please report suspected misuse to our contact below.

Our business operates in the United States. We use Google Cloud hosting and Google Workspace email. Google describes its handling of service data, including international processing, in its Google Cloud Privacy Notice. Contact us about processing locations or safeguards relevant to your information. Accessing our website does not waive privacy rights that apply where you live.

These marketing pages describe business services. They are separate from communities that may serve younger members. If you believe we received a child's information through a business inquiry, contact us so we can assess the request and take appropriate action. A community admitting minors must explain its own age requirements and applicable parent or guardian arrangements.

Changes and contact

We will post revisions here with an updated effective date. For material changes, we will provide a prominent notice on the relevant pages and, where appropriate, notify people with whom we have an ongoing relationship directly. We will obtain additional consent when required by law.
