GrowTribe Platform Privacy Notice

Platform notice preview — not yet effective. This notice describes the platform separately from the public marketing website. Ask us for the completed notice that applies to your customer account or community.

Who provides GrowTribe

GrowTribe is provided by Fireside Solutions LLC ("Fireside", "we", "us"), a Delaware limited liability company based in Saint Louis, Missouri. Contact us at dorian@fireside.solutions or 952 Patience Drive, Florissant, Missouri 63034. Our company website is fireside.solutions.

This notice covers customer and administrator accounts and our operation of the GrowTribe platform. Our Website Privacy Policy covers public marketing and general inquiries. GrowTribe customers are based in the US; their communities may include international members and minors.

Our role and your community operator's role

Your community operator determines its community's purposes, content, membership offerings and participation rules. Its privacy notice identifies the operator and explains those activities. Fireside processes member information on the operator's documented instructions to provide the agreed platform services.

Fireside separately determines the purposes of its own customer relationship, service billing, business communications and necessary security or legal operations. For those activities, Fireside is responsible for its own processing. We do not treat every record as subject to the same legal role merely because it is stored on our platform. A community's processing agreement describes the applicable allocation and responsibilities.

For member information, you can contact your community operator or email us with the community name and your request. We coordinate with the responsible operator while handling requests about our own processing directly.

Information and purposes

The information involved depends on the features your community uses:

Category Examples and sources Purpose
Account and administration Identity/contact details, account identifiers, authentication and assigned roles from you, an authorized administrator or authentication service Create and secure accounts, review customer admission and administer the service
Community participation Profiles, posts, messages, reactions, event activity and media submitted by members or operators Deliver the selected community, communication, event and media functions
Membership and commerce Membership status, access permissions, payment-provider identifiers and transaction/status evidence supplied through enrollment or providers Apply and reconcile access, support billing and resolve payment disputes
Safety and operations Reports, moderation decisions, access records, audit records, errors and usage events generated by service activity Protect users, investigate abuse, troubleshoot and administer the platform
Support and portability Requests, correspondence and authorized export jobs/files Respond to questions and provide authorized exports or other assistance

Community contributions can reveal health, relationships, sexuality or other sensitive details. Share only what is appropriate for the feature and intended audience. A general permission to join a community is not permission for every possible use of sensitive information.

Visibility and recipients

Other members can see information you make available to the audiences supported by the relevant feature. Community administrators and authorized support or review personnel may access information when needed to operate the community, provide support, investigate a report or comply with law. Do not assume messages or restricted content are inaccessible to all operators or end-to-end encrypted.

Providers assist with hosting, authentication, storage, communications, payments, analytics and media delivery where those services are enabled. Payment providers also have their own obligations and notices. The applicable disclosure schedule identifies recipients and their roles; a payment integration does not make Fireside the seller of every community offering.

Customer-specific processing information

The completed notice for a customer account or community must identify the active providers and processing countries, feature-specific data and audiences, cookie/device identifiers and choices, DNT/GPC response, sale/sharing and advertising practices, sensitive-data uses, retention and international-transfer safeguards. This preview does not supply those customer-specific details. Contact us for the applicable information before relying on it as your notice.

We may disclose necessary information to professional advisers or authorities for lawful requests, safety/security incidents or legal claims. A business transfer may involve relevant records subject to applicable protections and notice. We limit disclosures to the purpose involved and applicable law.

Recordings and automated assistance

A community's recording or livestream notice must identify whether a session is recorded, who can access recordings and how long they are kept. Access to a live session does not itself authorize every later use of the recording.

External AI processing is not authorized simply because a customer uses GrowTribe. Any enabled external assistant must have a documented purpose, provider and permitted data scope, with relevant notice and controls. This notice does not represent that any particular external model is currently active.

Retention and deletion

Account, membership and content records are kept as needed to provide the community service under the applicable instructions and retention schedule. Support, billing, audit and abuse records may need different periods to resolve requests, reconcile transactions, investigate incidents or meet legal obligations. Retention is limited to a documented purpose; audit history is not a blanket reason to retain all identifiable records indefinitely.

Account closure, membership cancellation and data deletion are distinct actions. Deleting a login does not necessarily remove community content, payment records or provider copies. We assess deletion requests across the relevant records and providers, explain applicable exceptions and restrict retained data to its remaining lawful purpose. Backups and export files follow their disclosed retention and deletion cycles. We do not promise instant or universal erasure.

Your rights and choices

Contact dorian@fireside.solutions with the community name and your request. Where available, account settings let you change profile or communication preferences; you can use email when a suitable setting is unavailable. We may verify identity or an agent's authority using information proportionate to the request.

Applicable rights may include access, correction, deletion, a portable copy, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, and opt-outs from sale, sharing or targeted advertising. The scope and exceptions depend on the law and our role. You may appeal a refusal by replying to our response and requesting review. We explain applicable refusals and permitted extensions and respond within required deadlines. We do not discriminate for exercising applicable rights.

Withdrawing consent does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful. You may complain to the relevant supervisory authority or state attorney general. An email request does not replace any required automated opt-out mechanism.

Members under 18

There is no single minimum age for every GrowTribe community. Each community must disclose its minimum age and any guardian or location requirements before registration. A 21+ community does not admit younger members merely because another community does. A community that admits minors must have the required notices, permissions and safeguards for its actual audience and features.

If you are a parent or guardian with a privacy concern, identify the community and contact its operator or dorian@fireside.solutions. We coordinate verification and the applicable access, correction, deletion or consent-withdrawal process. A generic age checkbox or a parent's use of this email address is not itself proof that a required parental-consent process has been completed.

International members

US customer location does not remove rights applicable to international members. Where EU or UK data protection law applies, processing requires an appropriate legal basis: providing a requested contract where applicable; legitimate interests in service administration and security after considering people's rights; legal obligations; or specific consent where required. Sensitive information requires an additional applicable condition. Each community's notice and processing schedule identify the purposes and bases actually used.

Processing locations and applicable international-transfer arrangements must be identified in the disclosure schedule. You may contact us to request information about applicable safeguards. Acceptance of these terms is not a substitute for a required transfer mechanism, local representative or processing consent.

Security, changes and contact

We use access restrictions and safeguards appropriate to the information and service, but no system can guarantee complete security. Report suspected misuse to dorian@fireside.solutions.

We post changes with an updated effective date and give prominent notice of material changes, with direct notice where appropriate and additional consent where required. Questions may be sent to Fireside Solutions LLC at the email or mailing address above.
