[COMMUNITY NAME] Privacy Policy

Community template — requires completion and adoption. Complete the schedules for the community's actual practices before use. Under-13-directed or other specially regulated services need tailored notices and processes beyond this general template.

Operator and platform

[OPERATOR LEGAL NAME], at [OPERATOR ADDRESS], operates [COMMUNITY NAME]. Contact us at [OPERATOR EMAIL]. This policy takes effect on [EFFECTIVE DATE] and covers [COMMUNITY DOMAIN/APPLICATION].

We determine our community's membership, content and operating purposes. Fireside Solutions LLC provides GrowTribe and processes information on our instructions to deliver the agreed service. Its Platform Privacy Notice explains its separate customer-administration and other independent processing. Fireside can be reached at dorian@fireside.solutions or 952 Patience Drive, Florissant, Missouri 63034. Each party remains responsible for its own duties.

Information and purposes

Depending on enabled features, we receive account/profile information; membership and payment-status records; content, messages and media; event participation; support requests; and moderation/security records. Information comes from you, authorized operators and service/payment providers. The community disclosure schedule below identifies the categories actually collected and the purposes, recipients and retention for each. Features that are not enabled must not be listed as ongoing collection.

We use information to provide the functions you request, administer membership, communicate about the service, resolve reports and protect the community. We do not treat joining as consent to unrelated advertising, sensitive-data processing or public disclosure. Required consents are requested separately.

Visibility, providers and choices

Your profile, contributions and participation are visible to the audiences identified for the relevant feature. Operators and service personnel may access information as needed to provide support, investigate abuse or comply with law. Restricted messages are not described as end-to-end encrypted by this policy. Please consider what your content reveals before sharing it.

Our schedule identifies the providers that receive information, including the GrowTribe services used, payment services and any recording, analytics or communications providers. Technical storage and tracking choices must be explained there. Legally required disclosures and necessary safety/legal-claim disclosures are limited to their purpose. A business transfer is subject to applicable protections and notice.

Retention and rights

Our schedule specifies how long we retain each category or the applicable criteria, deletion triggers, backup/provider treatment and defined legal exceptions. We do not retain all member data indefinitely simply to preserve an audit trail. Ending a membership does not by itself erase payments, posts or all copies. We assess requests across the relevant systems and explain any information that must remain and why.

Contact [OPERATOR EMAIL] to request access, correction, deletion or a portable copy, or exercise applicable restriction, objection, consent withdrawal or opt-out rights. We may proportionately verify identity or an agent's authority. We respond within applicable deadlines, explain refusals or permitted extensions and provide an appeal by reply to our decision. We do not discriminate for the exercise of applicable rights. You may complain to the relevant privacy regulator or state attorney general. Required browser-based opt-outs must also be supported where applicable; email is not a substitute for them.

Younger and international members

Our community admits members who meet [MINIMUM AGE] and [LOCATION RULES]. Where required, we obtain the appropriate guardian authorization and provide notices suited to the member's age. Parents/guardians can contact [OPERATOR EMAIL] about review, correction, deletion or stopping further collection, subject to applicable verification and rights. The schedule must describe any separate child-specific notice, consent, safeguards and retention process actually used.

For international members, our schedule identifies processing countries, relevant legal bases, applicable transfer safeguards, regulator complaint routes and any required representative. US hosting or a US customer does not waive members' local protections. We obtain a specific sensitive-data condition or consent where required rather than relying on this notice alone.

Security and changes

We and our providers use safeguards appropriate to the data and service; no system is completely secure. Report suspected misuse to [OPERATOR EMAIL]. We post revised policies with an effective date and give prominent notice of material changes, direct notice where appropriate and additional consent when required.
